Not a UBI test. Coinbase probably needed an excuse to move some coin around without raising too many red flags. Seems more of a liquidity play to me

wait, that’s actually the reset the economy needs and the direction we should go in

hopefully the dollar crashes and bitcoin replaces it
and a reasonably small ubi to help people raise families and eat healthy is the logical next step once we fix the incentives(by erasing fiat currency and banks printing money/loaning money they don’t have)
