– Yoon briefs Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and six senior officials.

– Meet with 11 minister to pretend to have a 2-minute cabinet meeting which aim is to approve the declaration. ( This cabinet meeting is considered invalid and unconstitutional by ministers present and Constitutional Court )

– Martial law publicly proclaimed shortly afterward.

– Martial law revealed to the public

– Defense Intelligence Command storms the National Election Commission (NEC) building.

– Shuts down the server room and seizes employee phones.

• 10:48 p.m.

– Police deploy 1,963 officers around National Assembly to block entry.

– Military deploys 314 soldiers into the Assembly grounds.

( This troop number is much smaller than Yoon wanted as there were widespread disobedience within armed forces. The rogue generals had to trick or beat soldiers to put them into deployment vehicles. )

– Moves to underground Joint Chiefs of Staff decision-support room.

– Meets with Defense Minister Kim and Martial-Law Commander Park Ahn-soo for ~30 minutes.

• 2:06 a.m.

– PM Han convenes cabinet meeting to lift martial law.

• 4:27 a.m.

– Cabinet receives martial law termination from National Assembly and order troops to return to barrack. ( Martial law troops were already retreating and going back to barrack even before the return order, indicating Yoon completely lost control of the military by this point. )
