The thing is, whenever I prompt an LLM with like a question or a task or whatever, I try to give it a fuckton of context. I overexplain my entire thought process and everything I want it to do, step by step, to minimize the likelihood of it misunderstanding and saying something stupid and useless.
Like if you just tell it a funny pun it just says “I’m not sure what that means, could you elaborate” or if I type out an observation without any follow up questions or direction, it has nothing of its own to contribute, it just says “that’s so true bestie”
These are like borderline adversarial conditions for people who want to fuck the robots. There’s nothing there! Nothing to wonder about or admire, what are you falling in love with?!
