He was too incompetent and incapacitated to push back on his handlers who pushed their agenda.
As Senator and even as VP who was much more in support of securing the border. Did he change his views or was he held hostage to the radical left, including his wife? Or was he just so far gone and who was clueless?
Regardless, the buck stops with him and he’s responsible for the mess.
