Good luck stopping it. It’s only been going on for decades and neither side seems to have any appetite to stop it.
It’s very well known in California that Chinese people hire surrogates in the US to give birth to their American passports. A lot of people involved including doctors getting big $$$.
There are agencies all over the US to serve foreigners wanting to have babies in the US
The radical bourgeoisie are more motivated by short term financial gain than the long run good of the state. That is why the founding fathers wanted the gentry to continue to lead America and excluded the majority from political participation, but the majority voted them out in the end.
