I know actually surprised you can comment at all, I thought they auto-banned r-conspiracy users.
To answer your question though, I think you need karma generally, not karma from that sub
I’ve also noted that I’ve been “partially” muted on a sub, it’s very niche though. Tried asking the mods about it, but they never bothered to reply
