It seems like this oil tanker had its transponder turned off in international waters, was sanctioned under Biden in 2022 for supplying oil to Hezbollah from Iran, is owned by a Russian oligarch and was carrying a false flag from Guyana. There was also a federal warrant for it that was issued a couple weeks ago.
