In all seriousness, what is a non-sarcastic summary of why someone would think that capitalism causes malaria, or any of these things really? Do they think that nobody died of hunger or treatable disease in the Soviet Union?

The majority of hunger deaths seem to be in war torn areas. I would guess clean water is a similar situation.
