    He isn’t wrong, even the Cubans believe they are toast without Venezuela, hence Maduro having Cuban bodyguards and Cuban counterintelligence officers up and down his military and police forces.

    The best way to topple the Cuban regime is to end the embargo. Now, the government has no scapegoat. Then, you let everything take its course.
