The blood looks dried but this was supposedly taken during the immediate aftermath? Why would he put bandages on his head and not wash his face unless he was aware of using the picture for propaganda, which is not how you act in a random mass shooting? Wouldn’t medical staff wash his face with blood or tell him to wash his face? Why are you wrapping bandages on your head and taking selfies right after the shooting?
