These rape admission stats from Africa are shocking and under-discussed

It’s known that STDs run rampant in Africa. This is due to lack of contraceptives and prevalence of rape as a more normalized occurance for men. The surprising statistic which I learned recently was the prevalence of men who commited rape AND admitted to it (~37.4%).

Using logic we can deduce that the number is higher. Logically: Likely that most men were unwilling to admit to a crime for a study. In South Africa, rape carries a MINIMUM of 25 years in prison. That would deter admittance of guilt and skew results. Logically: South Africa is the wealthiest, most “put together” part of Africa. If numbers are this high in the “best” part of Africa, a logical deduction is that in the rest of Africa data is at least the same if not higher.

Now, those are the verifiable facts with the sources below. Here’s the controversial part; do we want these people in our country? Whether your country is the US, England, France, Italy, etc. Does letting them in make women feel safe?

I was raised liberal, and my parents are very liberal. They love the idea of unity, one love, and open borders. Once I matured, started looking at data, and thinking for myself, I found a more balanced perspective. On issues like open borders or special programs allowing immigrants from 3rd world countries to come get free government housing, food stamps, etc.

The vast majority of rapes in Africa are not prosecuted or put on people’s record. These same people are coming to the US in flocks. Unfortunately with them come hard working people who genuinely just want to work and build a better life. The dilemma is it is difficult to know who is who.
