  1. >To qualify, an adult must be “mentally competent” and have a “prognosis of six months or less to live,” the [bill](https://nyassembly.gov/leg/?default_fld=&leg_video=&bn=A00136&term=2025&Summary=Y&Actions=Y&Memo=Y) states.

Whenever a new abuse is invented, it is heralded with the usual assurance that a safety protocol is going to keep everything steady and level. *You know, like NY does with everything else…*

A prognosis isn’t something people are supposed to *enforce,* sometimes people make an unexpected recovery.

    >The bill also makes it clear that anyone who makes the request for medical assisted suicide must not be considered “suicidal”

So it’s medically assisted ***what***, then?

    >Prognoses Can Be Wrong

In socialist states medical opinions can be deliberately and maliciously wrong, ***for the sake of causing something bad to happen to someone.*** Creating the system for things to happen to people enables the weaponized opinions.

    >California’s Climbing Numbers

It’s California and New York. I start a joke with “CA&NY walk into a bar” – how hard your skin start crawling?

Even in my limited experience with the healthcare system as a patient. I never take a doctors word at face value. They are so often wrong it’s ridiculous.

  3. We know where this ends. Some bureaucrat born in 2040 will determine that I am too expensive to be kept alive. It won’t matter how many millions I paid in taxes over my life.
