Sorry that’s what we get. For over 25 years we have been giving more and more power to all these agencies to spy. We are now in the second generation of government employees who choose to violate privacy for cash without shame. So yes, even Miami Herald’s own really respected journalist Julie K. Brown gets to have her privacy violated to help fund the life of a shameless parasite who has no qualms in what they choose to do to fill their wallets and all the wrong they choose to do gets excused as national security and a “public service” job.
Do not loose sight of the important: None of this would be happening if people didn’t personally choose to go along with it, most who do, do it for cash like whores and drug dealers. Trump is still just one man. The people violating the rights and privacy of others are many more and they had no problem calling violating the lives of others a job.
Individual honor and ethics over what you do to other is still a thing even if this country has decided to sell it to the highest-paid and highest surveillace billionaire and gov’t employee who has no shame.
