Seriously this is wild that it's being told in MSM that nonstick pans are perfectly fine. One of the youtube comments under the video I've found "Our pet canaries kept dying until we figured this out. Ok to use the Teflon pan, just never heat it without food".
I also wanted to tell you all a short story. I was at a university in Poland on Materials Science. I was part of the science club, quite a time ago. I didn't take part of it but it was a common gossip what I will tell you. Local company making nonstick pans demanded that students working on a project prove that nonstick pans are harmless and healthy. They got free nonstick pans right after the project. Is there really a cheaper way to cover things up? But what could I do, I didn't have a proof. And they were wasting research and money in more ways than this.
Also you know what? Teflon residue/PFAS/PFOS is everywhere in every river and in every lake. You drink it every day.

They’re not very upfront about not heating teflon pans barely to medium that’s for sure but stainless pans are awesome! Once heated to where water dances on the surface, as long as it’s not waaay too hot it’s practically nonstick
