IMO it’s ridiculous. There is people defending America for bombing civilians, like fair enough I understand your belief with over throwing a dictatorship because you support democracy, but this is too far. These people just seem like to be posting the same template the same meme. The media as well, they’re not showing what the full picture , do you ever notice how they use basically the same videos of protest that’s, because/maybe from what I know from my research there is more protest against America then against their dictator.

Not one of these folks are looking at US history. The US has been doing regime changes since the 50-60s. Most of these nations are still suffering from US intervention.
I’ve seen so many comments like “I have family members who.. used to be in Venezuela and they all support bombing it!”
Im not saying this is good or bad. But considering the number of repressions under the Maduro regime and the number of people who left the country during his rule, it would be surprising to claim that there are no such people at all. I’m sure there are people who support it and people who oppose it. The main question here is why and what the point is. Because its obvious that Maduro himself is not the only one who governs the country, and if he were replaced, it would simply be by his deputy with a similar policy

Remember when Ukranians i the east were happy when Russia invaded? Remember how the US was greeted as heroes in Iraq? It’s such textbook propaganda that it’s just boring.
This is one of those things where several things are right it. Further, it shows how when something dramatic happens very quickly, the vast majority of people (sheep) don’t have coherent takes or thoughts or opinions on the matter *because they haven’t been told what/how to think*.

Maduro – not a good guy. He straight up rigged his last election to stay in power. Period.
That being said, Trump – also not a good guy. And he also tried to rig his last election in 2020.
Using the U.S. military as an arbitrary world police force is a horrible precedent. The fact the wannabe Emperor is also talking about just taking Venezuela’s resources as if it’s this property that inherently belongs to the U.S. is *insane*. And it’s WRONG.
We are not the world police. We should not be advancing this New World Order where the strong do what they want and the weak either bend the knee or get the stick. That makes the world – and all of us – more unsafe.
It precipates a deadly, potentially mankind threatening world conflict if we keep going down the Trump World Order.
Because with Trump and Israel setting this tone, there’s now no room to object or single out Russia for taking Ukraine. There will be no room to to object or single out China for taking Taiwan.
The world nuclear powers are going to carve up the world into a new framework and when they inevitably end up butting heads with one another, nukes will fly.
Oh, and under this new world order: there is ZERO incentive for smaller states to NOT pursue advanced chemical, nuclear and biological weapons. In this new world order, they should run, not walk towards those weapons as a matter of national security and continuity – and they would be smart to do so by any means necessary.
