I think this is a reflection of anti migration behaviour. Countries with some of the largest Venezuela refugees are more happy, those with less are less happy. USA is an outlier where despite refugees it is less popular.

It makes sense that they’d approve it. I would approve of it too if it were not my countries laws and institutions being degraded to make it happen.
