Don’t forget Frey. If he hadn’t had MPD stop enforcing the law and helping maintain order around ICE operations then most of this shit wouldn’t have happened.

The political decision to make MN a sanctuary state and Minneapolis a sanctuary city is what led to the large number of illegal immigrants which now has led to the large number of ICE agents enforcing federal immigration laws.
No sanctuary laws=much fewer illegal immigrants=much fewer ICE agents.
