Open carry is one thing, but waving guns at federal agents is illegal in every state
So yeah, fuck around and find out!
As far as what is seen in the video, ice agents get the subject’s gun off him before the first shot is fired.
If he was brandishing it before the video, that will be interesting. But the NY post saying this, that he was waving the gun around, without any evidence of it having happened and the video showing this to seemingly NOT be the case is not a good look.
Let’s be real about what happened.
So many leftists yelling into the darkness on this one. Only a matter of time before we determine that the first shot in the video was the suspect firing his weapon which makes sense for the ICE agent (that didn’t fire) on the left backing up while watching the suspect.
We just need the lady in pinks camera footage.
