If after seeing these two videos, if you still want to push the narrative about “he was reaching for his gun”, you have no credibility, and you may be as bad as the left says we are.
This is bad, real bad, that person should be charged for murder. If the administration does not charge this person, they should lose all credibility and hopefully support from conservatives who still care about the country.
*Edit: For people who will claim that it was chaotic, and still want to push the self-defense argument, the person was shooting into a group of people that included bunch of other ICE officers, so that person was putting everyone at risk, it is highly inappropriate and negligent. Other ICE officers should not want to work with him – for their own safety.

I question the credibility of the legal analyst. I was waiting to get more details to comment.
After seeing a bunch of videos, including this one https://x.com/dathandsomejerk/status/2015150680978096164 which suggests that LEO had taken away the gun, and this one https://www.youtube.com/shorts/cPd_6n4C5Nw?feature=share where it is clear to the person who started shooting that the gun had been taken away from the person who they are trying to detain.
