First off saying a prayer for the two innocent lives lost in this tragedy. Secondly, I personally believe that the family should sue the State of North Carolina (or any other state) if they did indeed give this illegal alien a driver’s license. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case. I worked for a financial services company in Las Vegas, NV. The DMW consistently provided driver’s licenses and titles to vehicles with individuals who had no social security numbers. Also, this is the reason for the headache us legal citizens had to go through to get our Real IDs.
