Iran is hostile towards Pakistan (Indians main rival) and gives India Oil.
Despite what they (and Bibi) might try to pretend, the Indian Government isn’t allied with Israel in any real sense of the world and would gladly fund its enemies for cheap Oil.
Its not due to malice or dislike, its just business and realpolitik on their end.
