I saw a frame by frame yesterday. It was about the same pics a pic #1 in this post.
First frame slide was forward, second frame slide back, third frame forward .
That could be a possible cause.
Easy enough to prove the gun fired.
You’d think grey coat guy would know if the gun fired.
There should be a mark on the pavement.
Lab should be able to tell if the gun has been fired.
There will be evidence if this is true.
I can’t believe the left is trying to downvote this post (-72 on Insights), I guess it would totally ruin their evil ICE narrative if an accidental discharge was involved here. Utterly sick though, they really are becoming a death cult.
Not only that, all of the whistles and other noise pollution would have hampered effective communication of letting officers know the firearm was secured before the misfire.
Man IT WAS A P320. Anyone who knows anything about guns knows that Sig is in hot water for all the accidental discharges that have happened with P320s. This is INSANE that this is relevant on a national scale now.
