  3. Broken QP isn’t anything new. Frank’s’ (1987) book on the parliament of Canada goes into many, many, many details about why QP sucks. A lot of questions like, the example Franks uses, “Have you stopped beating your wife?”

  4. As Andrew Coyne has said before, get rid of the desks, make it more cramped and just turn it into Canadian PMQ. For all the theatrics PMQ has in Britain, it does seem to have a more substantive impact on how the government is held accountable. Also once a week is enough.
