Posted this one because the coverage has bit more detail than Fox’s. Has some images that provide a better look at the syringe and assailant.
Whether you are on the right or the left, whether you think a politician is a crook or not, you shouldn’t assault people. Hopefully she is alright and it wasn’t anything too serious in there

Yeah this guy’s a moron. That is NOT how you address or oppose someone in the US House of Representatives. Even if you don’t agree with them, even if they’re a crooked person who got citizenship and election through shady means, they’re still a Congressman/woman. We’re not left wingers. Violence and child-like hatred and vitriol is their thing. We’re above that.
