For sure. I wouldve thought this was baseless theory until I learned more about modern eugenic experiments on black people. They’re sterilizing them in prison, they’re opening more planned parenthood than normal, they’re destabilizing the nuclear family, they’re intentionally creating economic deserts in black cities.
