I’ll accept this stance when the same is recommended for cis kids. No breast implants, no top surgery for cis boys with abnormal chest growth. When the focus is just trans kids, I can’t help but question the bias.

Maybe in US, but in UK NHS doesn’t allow gender affirming surgery under 18, and also bans puberty blockers under 18.
It’s also worth noting this comes after someone in New York successfully sued surgeons for operating on them (mastectomy at 16) for 2 million dollars.

the Trump Administration defines puberty blockers as HRT, then defines HRT as sex change surgery, then defines sex change surgery as genital mutilation, then puts out executive orders banning ‘genital mutilation for minors’
a lot of Trump’s policies involve outright Newspeak, but by using this kind of Newspeak, the right can pretend headlines like this truly vindicate their policies
the vast majority of us never suggested surgeries for minors

I’m pretty sure like 80-90% of people would agree with this. Open Borders and highly permissive stances on transgender issues are probably the two main things that this sub believes that are massively different than the general american populace.
