DHS official says Ilhan Omar’s citizenship could be revoked if fraud is proven


Legally, yes, same as anyone else here on conditional citizenship. Won’t ever happen though. For better or worse, we have a multi-tiered justice system, and elected officials are usually exempted from it (not always, I know, just usually).
