Before the whining starts, the wealth tax is 1% for those making more than a billion Forints, that’s about 3,2 million dollars. Otherwise the programme is pro free market, pro eu and pro liberalisation of the economy. It has stricter animal cruelty laws, rule of law, plans to help with menstrual poverty, and spreading both nuclear and solar energy. Plus lots of anti corruption plans

  2. Tisza’s day one measures:

    * We will stop further damage and suspend disadvantageous contracts and procurements. We declare zero tolerance for all forms of corruption.
    * We will uncover the hidden reality and present it to the public: the true state of the economy, healthcare, and education; secret government decisions; domestic and international contracts; loans; and concealed agreements.
    * Following a national security review, we will publish summaries of government meetings between 2010 and 2026.
    * We will publish all documents relating to the asset management of the Hungarian National Bank under the presidency of György Matolcsy.
    * We will establish the National Asset Recovery and Protection Office and begin to investigate corruption cases and economic and political abuses of the past 20 years with full force.
    * We will restore the system of checks and balances. We will rebuild the system of institutions that guarantee the lawful functioning of the state.
    * We will bring home the frozen EU funds and start to kick-start the economy. We will launch our program of tax cuts, pension increases, and social support increases.
    * We will prepare a state property register, uncover and disclose the actual Hungarian state assets. We will increase state spending on healthcare by at least 500 billion forints per year.
    * We will launch scholarship programs in shortage occupations.
    * We will radically transform the operation and scope of the Klebelsberg Center, restore respect for teachers, and give school principals meaningful employer and management powers. The ministers of education, health, justice, and finance will be given veto power in the government’s decision-making mechanism.
    * We will investigate crimes related to child protection committed in recent decades, with the involvement of an independent parliamentary committee of inquiry and experts.
    * We will restore our international relations with our traditional allies (the Visegrad Four, the European Union, NATO).
    * We will halt the process of our drift away from the European Union and become a respected, constructive, and guiding member of the community.
    * We will prepare a report on the extent of non-allied foreign influence in terms of national security and the national economy.
    * We will join the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
