This might have been hyperbole however Rick did outperform jeb bush (In the one district that he was on the ballot) not the entire state of Iowa also he is (To my knowledge the only one who fits this mold)

Someone else had better research that said no its not.
Its not a presidential candidate, they explained why and showed who they thought it was.
It’s ridiculous that they didn’t care to redact the names of the victims in many cases but took great care to protect people like this.
