      This is a patent application, not a patent. They didn’t follow up on it and the application expired. https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2020060606A1/en

      Gates probably didn’t have anything to do with it, either. He isn’t an inventor and was no longer with Microsoft when the application was filed.

      Lay what you want at Bill’s feet but this one’s probably a dead end.
