Everything in this law is unconstitutional and will likely be thrown out by the Supreme Court. What part of “shall not be infringed” is hard to understand? The good thing is that every time an unpatriotic traitorous politician pushes a law like this, and it gets thrown out by the Supreme Court, it sets a precedent making it easier for the courts to throw out the next traitorous piece of legislation.

Honestly, I think arms should be tax exempt. They’re a constitutional right and a tax impeding a right feels inappropriate, similar to a poll tax.
