Are the leftists out there still crying “fascism” every other post?
Very annoying and they get around it by saying these firearms are prohibited BUT if you really want them, you need to waive your 4th amendment rights. This is somewhat similar to FFL. Some States also use implied consent for breathalyzer if you have a drivers license.
