This is why it’s imperative we keep the House and the Senate in 2026. The problem is that the economic recovery has taken a backseat to foreign affairs for the first year of the Trump presidency and the wishy washy low-information voters are going to fall for the “affordability!” ads they’ll see before the election. Couple that with a majority of the MAGA base staying home in midterms and we might lose the House and the Senate. And you know what that means – as this article proves, Schiff and Jeffries are already having wet dreams over daily “investigations” and impeachment hearings that’ll begin in 2027, continue through 2028, and result in a Newsom-AOC victory for 2028. A freaking nightmare that could have easily been prevented if we just focused on turning the economy around.
I know economic recovery takes time and it’s not as exciting for the president as foreign policy wins, but it was what won us the White House, Senate, and House in 2024.
