    >Pennsylvania, a crucial swing state, stands out for disastrous alien voter registration, said Adams. The Keystone State has admitted a glitch in its “motor voter” program, which registers voters at the DMV, inadvertently has allowed approximately 100,000 non-citizens to register to vote, though some state officials dispute this number.

I actually researched this like a month ago. There was a “software bug” in the DMVs system beyond just Pennsylvania. If someone who isn’t a citizen goes to the DMV to get a driver’s license, the automated system prompts them if they’d like to be registered to vote. They select yes and are registered to vote. They don’t know they did anything wrong, they think they have the right to vote.

I personally think the software developers didn’t add the proper logic into the system. Who knows how many people were registered and think they have the right to vote.
