Insane lines at NYC airports spark 3-hour wait times as shutdown chaos spurs travel nightmare

Thanks Democrats. 

“They’re not getting paid while the politicians who are screwing up everything are getting paid.”

I like the sentiment of this, but the congress critters do not make their money from their government paycheck. To rectify this, the following should occur every time the government shuts down and until resolved: All their assets, holdings, etc et al need to be frozen, and they should be locked in the Capitol Building, eating only rice and beans.

Guarantee there’d never be a shut down again.
