and here’s the plan to ratfuck the election. get scotus to declare that ballots received after Election Day are invalid, and then just have the post office deliver ballots from blue and swing districts too late on purpose

  1. The article doesn’t really say it, but what is the most plausibly good faith, steelman argument for why counting ballots that arrived after Election day (but were postmarked BEFORE election day) is unconstitutional?

    I know this question isn’t even worth asking ever since the Presidential Immunity ruling, but it’s always entertaining to see how contortionist SCOTUS apologists can get
