They have very strict gasoline requirements and there’s no pipelines through the Rocky Mountains. California will have to import oil from elsewhere. This is what California’s elected officials did. Gas is only $3.50 here and diesel around $5.00. Higher than it was last month but it has been very low for the last 4-5 months
