The Israelis–well, the ones running the joint–are aware that “The Jewish State” is circling the drain. The only way forward is something similar to: “Victory or death”. Nothing is off the table.
To put it in practical terms, no one is thinking, “If justice ever catches up to me, if I go easy on the Palestinians now, maybe they’ll go easy on me then.” That’s ludicrous.
