I had to drive to Denver yesterday and the traffic… bleh… but it got so hard to simply drive at one point because I thought – here I am, on this dangerous interstate in this dangerous two-ton vehicle driving around these people going to jobs at … Panera Breads, Michaels Craft Stores, Dominos Pizzas etc etc etc – everyone’s trying to get to crappy jobs to over pay for groceries and rent and exorbitant gas prices – allllllll these crappy ass jobs that push out crappy ass products with no new ideas, no actual GROWTH…
Now, I was grateful, because I was going to Children’s Hospital for a specialty assessment for my kid…
But it’s horrific knowing how many people that COULD have been specialists ended up working at Dollar General cause they got fucked out their potential thanks to No Child Left Behind and a slew of other hindrances.
I think if people actually got the tools to reach their potential, we’d have a lot less Tokyo Joes and I wouldn’t have to travel over an hour to see a fucking specialist – they’d be in my hometown. Ffs…
