I mean, while it can’t be completely ruled out, I do believe that occamn’s razor applies here. It was stored with carelessness, and allowed to degrade to a point where it was a hazard. The resulting explosion was the result of carelessnes, corruption, and them being in dire financial straits.
So while I still believe it was due to sheer incompetence as well, given what’s going on today I can’t say for sure that… certain entities didn’t play a role. I just haven’t seen any evidence to indicate that at this time.

Thermobaric. It was one of the advanced “Adversary’s” in the middle east for sure. It was advanced tech and a MASSIVE explosion. Just cuz the news is harping something doesn’t mean it’s true.
