If the regime is left in power none of this will ever end. Only when the Iranian people are equipped to fight back themselves, be an armed people, and conduct their own ground warfare (maybe with help from the Kurds or other local neighbors), toppling the regime, will anything change here.

I would suspect this will be over for the USA once the Strait of Hormuz is secured, and Iran complies with all our demands.
But if Israel wants to continue to get regime change, that is fully up to them.
