Very doubtful about this, but even if they do agree and sign a deal it’s barely worth the paper it’s printed on. Iran has always said one thing and then done the complete opposite when no one is looking.
They cannot be trusted, but with enough oversight and safeguards, perhaps they can be forced to follow an agreement. Let’s not forget they already managed to refine their Uranium past 60% purity, a few years in a secret bunker and they can easily make it weapons grade and then the world will be permanently changed.
Even if they didn’t use the nuclear bomb after building it (strong doubt), them simply having it will force their neighbors to build it too. Simply that escalation will probably start war at a scale we haven’t seen since WW2, and perhaps even much worse. The world will be permanently changed in the best case, and totally annihalated in the worst case.
