Wow. Other countries put contractors like this, who stalk and terrorize people, in prison. France just did imprison a network of contractors who were former military. We, we force the victims to prove who these changing strangers are. We have no real stalking laws or hacking laws for individuals. Police require you to walk in with all the answers. There really is no Justice in America.
She was incorrect that it is not the US government or IC. It *is.*
And they do this through private contractors.
Ultimately, there are no loopholes, and both the government and private contractors are wholly responsible.
