I already know what the amendment is trying to do and that required multiple reads.
Also it’s ridiculous they’re allowed to use language like “restore fairness” in these. This amendment “restoring fairness” is at best a subjective opinion.

There are so many issues with this. If it passes, I’ve a feeling that it will be caught up in litigation long enough that the new map won’t be used until the 2028 cycle if at all.
The process would only need to be delayed for a few months before you can’t be used for a November election.

California did the same thing with their redistricting of the lines, cause they know people will just vote without actual understanding what their reading.
