it is advertised to children to get them addicted and to cause their bodies to become dependent on it, stunting their development, and permanently damaging their bodies with prediabetes, which is largely undiagnosed. too much sugar consumption inflames and damages the insides of our blood vessels, causing plaque build-up resulting in osteoporosis, which leads to heart attack or stroke. processed sugar is a drug and a curse. it is the cause of much disease in western society. they know this, which is why it is so heavily advertised to us and in seemingly everything. happy birthday.

You’re 100% right. It’s the biggest addiction in the world right now. Some people are alcoholics, many people smoke, some people are hooked on drugs, many young men addicted to online porn … but most people you know are probably sugar addicts. Men, women, kids, seniors… It’s a silent, socially acceptable addiction that goes unnoticed in broad daylight everywhere anywhere. And it’s most people you know, probably.

You have to work really hard to avoid sugar now. A long time ago wasn’t sugar rare and decadent and exclusive while veggies and whole foods were considered common? Table has been flipped
