This the same CNN guy that reported the shooter was dead?
I was watching another one where the guy said they were rumors floating around, but nothing confirmed on what happened. Then the anchor asks something like “understanding this is just conjecture and treating it that way, can you tell us what you are hearing?” Service cut out as he was starting to answer. That said, it was choppy and breaking up throughout the conversation before that point.
