Magyar has a tricky time, he needs to get those funds before they expire in August, and the EU, while very willing to give it to them, also understands that Hungary isn’t becomming a utopia the moment Magyar takes the premiership, so they do demand him to actually reform the country so that it would be a state with an actual rule of law.
