Justice Sonia Sotomayor Suggests DHS Cannot End ‘Temporary’ Amnesty for Haitians Because Trump Called Haiti a ‘Sh**hole Country’

So no legal argument. Just hurt feelings. 

Its not appropriate for an elected official to call it a shithole in public.

But it is ok to criticize their values, culture, morality, work ethic, commitment to rule of law, corruption, and other aspects of their failed society.
