None of the left moderates their behavior *much less their words* anymore. They’re all counting on getting the disaster they want, then walking away without consequences when an activist judge/prosecutor takes the case.

Like five different occasions under the same individual in the same office, I have seen people saying “don’t worry the Manhattan DA has this one in the bag” then *I remind them who the Manhattan DA* ***is.***

“Don’t worry the DC judge will sort it out.” “Don’t worry the DoJ will handle it.”

We could maybe give these unhinged losers the benefit of the doubt if there wasn’t multiple assassination attempts by one of their own.

We know exactly what they mean when they say use the phrase 86 47 and it’s not too kindly escort him out of the White House.

    Edit.  Loser brigaders 😂

I hate that they are trying to all play innocent toddler with this crap. ANYBODY who has worked in a restaurant knows that when you 86 something, you kill it or remove from existence. “But, we’re not saying KILL the pwesident, wight guyzzzzzz?”. Knock it off. It’s cleverly funny tongue and cheek until you get called out on your stupidity.

The gaslighting is unreal with these jackasses.

The Democrats are out of control!!! They attempted a bloodless coup of our government after Trump won the 2016 election with the Russia collusion hoax. When that failed, they resorted to politicizing presidential impeachment. In desperation, they purposely discredited the Hunter Biden laptop to win the 2020 presidential election.

Now they are resorting to violent rhetoric, hoping they can motivate one of their brainwashed zombies to accomplish what they haven’t been able to do bloodlessly.

  5. >This becomes all the clearer when the NPR interviewer asks Comey about the “line between free speech and violent incitement and domestic terrorism, ideologically motivated violence,” and Comey says he has had to “grapple with that very issue throughout my career.” Yet he expects us to believe that he didn’t pause to ponder even for a moment whether posting “86 47” might constitute violent incitement and domestic terrorism.

This PoS writes an entire book about veiled threats to incite violence and then tries to Pikachu face when he blatantly does it himself?

Who cares. You have a first amendment right to say what you want with some exceptions. This isn’t one of them
The second case, [Counterman v. Colorado](https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/22pdf/22-138_43j7.pdf), was decided in 2023. The dispute involved a Colorado man who was charged under the state’s law with making threatening communications toward a local singer on Facebook. The Supreme Court ruled that in order to show that a true threat is outside the bounds of the First Amendment, the government must demonstrate that a defendant had at least a subjective understanding of his statement’s threatening nature. To make this showing, prosecutors must prove a person “consciously disregarded a substantial risk” that his statements would be viewed as threatening.

Its obvious 86 means kill. Pretending to not know is just stupid, and the law doesnt humor the idea that if you just say “teehee idk” then you get off free. Well, unless you have a liberal judge.

This needs to be punished, period. He knew exactly what he was talking about.
