Why yes I just saw a thread chock full of left NIMBYs, how could you tell?

It’s very frustrating because they’re so self-righteous about how blocking a new high-rise condo tower in NYC is some class crusade.

Meanwhile investors count on people like them to maintain the status quo re: housing.

Even when a few brave souls called them out as NIMBYs, their response? “ThIs TiMe It’S dIfFeReNt!”

I definitely lost more than a couple brain cells this morning.
